After finding out we had a leaking water heater, we were on a search for a plumber. Checking to see who was available in the Trenton area, we saw 5-star reviews for 1-Tom-Plumber. We made the call and had to schedule an after hours appointment because of a full appointment schedule. But, we received a call from the technician assigned to us, Jared, that he was running ahead of schedule and could arrive about an hour and a half early. Which was wonderful! Well, the water heater was toast and Jared was very knowledgeable about our choices. Both in the units available and the costs to install. After we chose to go with the tankless option he got right to work. He did a wonderful job. It looks showroom ready. He even swept up before he left! He earned every star in this 5-star review. We were so impressed and now we know who we are going to call, and recommend, when plumbing services are needed...1-Tom-Plumber!

Jared Magda and Jerren Savage did a great job at removing and installing our leaking water heater, as well as replacing a faucet in our kitchen sink. Jared thoroughly explained our options (costs, other things) before scheduling the service and answered questions we had about the process with professionalism and knowledge. During the job, Jared and Jerren took great care to protect our property and cleaned up afterwards. We would recommend both again as well as 1-Tom-Plumber--John & Donna Querns

Jacob came out quickly from 1 Tom plumbing today and we were very happy with his work, friendliness, knowledge and extra care he took in our home. We had regulator placed, several facets and leak fixed. This is our second time using 1 Tom and we would highly recommend requesting Jacob for your plumber! Very appreciated.

Jacob came out today within a couple hours of calling! He saved the day and fixed our water heater! Super polite and professional. Explained everything in great detail and gave us options. If I ever need services again, I will be calling and requesting Jacob!

Jacob did an excellent job installing a new sub pump. He was very knowledgeable, arrived early and completed the job quickly. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing repairs.

Jacob came out to work on our water heater today. There was a bigger issue than just the pilot light not igniting. He explained the issue and he fixed it to where we will at least have hot water until it’s taken care of. He was very nice and worked quickly. We will definitely use the company again.

Jacob did a fantastic job. He was transparent with every step of his repairs. Connor was amazing as well. They were polite, considerate, and honest. I’ll use 1-Tom-Plumber, Jacob , and Connor again when other issues arise.
